Abstract
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution states in the statement of the second step of the revolution on the topic of economics: Economics is a defining key point. A strong economy is a strong point and an important factor in the country's invincibility and impenetrability anda weak economy is a weakness and a ground for the influence, domination and intervention of the enemies. Based on evidenceˌthe presence of incompetent managers and officials Inadequate economic statusˌ it has paved the way for the influence and weakening of the country's economyˌ Therefore, since a strong economy needs competent and strong managers to be at the helm of this important fieldˌ an objective example and practical model of such managers in the field of actionˌ shahid Soleimani and her school are the real manifestation of the indicators of revolution. Therefore, in this article with the method of documentary research through explanatory analysis - a description of the statements of the Supreme Leader in the two axes of the statement, the second step of the revolution and the indicators of revolutionˌ the indicators of economic managers in Shahid Soleimani school in three dimensions of value, executive operations and specialized knowledge have been studied and extracted.
