Factors of ending good for managers and commanders at the level of the Islamic Revolution )Case study: Factors of good ending in the school of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani(

Abstract

The pure nature of human beings desires happiness, and on this basis, the end of every wise and thoughtful human being is a good end. Religion and logic dictate that man should act with faith and foresight throughout his life in such a way that a happy end awaits him. The good end of the blessed life of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani is a proof of this claim. Therefore, the present study tries to count and present the factors of good fortune of managers at the level of the Islamic Revolution by examining the lifestyle and school of the great martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani. For this purpose, in the first part of the research, by reviewing verses, narrations, books and other religious and narrative documents; The main factors and causes of the good ending were counted and presented. In the second part, by analyzing the content of written and oral works published from the biography and managerial performance of General Haj Qassem Soleimani, the impact of the factors counted on his good end was examined and presented to be a model for future Islamic commanders and managers. The present research is in the group of applied research from the perspective of purpose and in the group of descriptive-historical research from the perspective of method. Based on the obtained results, characteristics such as: "Faith in God", "Orbital guardianship", "Love for the Ahl al-Bayt (AS)", "Piety and sincerity", "Satisfaction and submission to God", "Night prayer and supplication", "Praise be to God", "Good mood", "Humility and avoiding pride", "Sacrifice", "Thinking and reasoning", "Serving the people" and "Martyrdom" are most important indicators in the life and good end of this martyr and indicators for commanders and managers at the level of the Islamic Revolution.
