Dimensions and components of command competencies in the school of Shahid Soleimani

Abstract

Undoubtedly, after the martyrdom of Shahid Soleimani, the most important statement and description about him was made by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, who referred to him as a "school". Given this description, it is necessary for researchers to explain the various dimensions of this school; Considering one of the prominent aspects of Shahid Soleimani, which is the dimension of his command and management, and also considering that one of the pillars of the dimension of command and management is the following competencies, in this research, an attempt has been made to address this issue. And the model of command competencies in Shahid Soleimani school should be counted, compiled and presented.
This article, by referring to various articles and researches, has given a general explanation of competency theories; In order to enumerate the components and dimensions, the content analysis method has been used and the content coding has been done using MAXQDA software. And the competencies of command in the school of Shahid Soleimani have been extracted and presented using the text of lectures, interviews and wills of the great martyr and other authoritative sources.
In this research, a total of 456 key propositions, 88 basic concepts, 12 organizing concepts and 3 excellent concepts have been identified and presented. the competencies of command in the school of Shahid Soleimani that are presented in this study are categorized in terms of insight, orientation and method.
