This research aims to explain the function of modern myths in national culture and the place of myth in different cultures; Some thinkers consider them as magnifications of events and as if they narrate history according to their wishes and not as it was in the past. Among domestic thinkers, mythology has been described as a reflection of the desires that man is unable to fulfill in his daily life. According to Mircea Eliade, myth is a flexible structure that is compatible with new cultural forms. Myths are narratives and instructions through which we direct our behaviors and react to our political and social world based on them, which can be a logical justification for society. Political systems can be used with the help of their myths to restore the sense of unity of their nations and make it easier to spread the sense of unity in a geographical land. Therefore, the political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in an effort to achieve its Islamic and Iranian goals and ideals, can use the character of Shahid “Qasem Soleimani” as a national myth to maintain national unity despite the diversity and tastes Achieve an idea. This article seeks to answer the main question: What effect did national myths have on national accord with the case study of Shahid “Qasem Soleimani”? In this regard, for conducting research, the qualitative method of documentary analysis and the filing of relevant resources for data collection has been used. According to the research findings, one of the other national capacities and capitals of Iran is Shahid Soleimani, and by examining the reactions of different groups after the assassination of Shahid Soleimani, we will find empathy and solidarity in Iranian society. The emergence of this correlation has reasons that will be evident in the study of the personality and behavioral manifestations of Shahid Soleimani.
