The doctrine of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani has its roots in the glorious era of holy defense. This doctrine proves its effectiveness in practice and its application in different social life, if repeated the sweet experience will be a victory and a happy ending. One of the lifeblood of information that is in dire need of development within this doctrine is the media, and this vital need is clearly felt for the national media as the forerunner of the enemy's cultural aggression. But first of all, we must know this doctrine and its indicators and characteristics. Referral to documents and the library to the information available on the reputable website and obtaining information from the votes and useful comments of Martyr Soleimani and related to the martyr, formed a data collection tool in the research. In this research, the method of analyzing qualitative materials was used in order to conduct a scientific experiment on the truth of the life and conduct of Martyr Soleimani. During this analysis, 362 separate codes were counted. After the process of loading and raising the level of abstraction, the number of concepts was considered 88 cases and 3 subcategories and 1 main category resulted from the doctrine of Martyr Haj Ghasem Soleimani. Then, with the focus group method, the categories related to the martyr school were divided from the literature of hard war to soft media war, and finally 12 concepts are selected as the most important option, which are: Tolerance of the enemy and the ignorant opponent in the media management, observance of work ethic with employees, creative use of the neglected capacities of the media industry, multidimensional complementarity complementing the expertise of media management, concise and useful conveyance of interactions, modest association with people, sincerity and avoidance Hypocrisy in positions of responsibility, simple life without aristocracy, deep belief in Velayat-e-Faqih, avoidance of utilitarian sectarianism, respect for the political tastes of the people in producing media content, attempting to Issuance of Islamic Revolution by the national media.
