Ethics is one of the issues that is necessary and supports the proper functioning of politics and governance. In this research, using thematic analysis, the statements related to Martyr Soleimani have been examined in order to explain the interaction between ethics and politics as well as political ethics in the school of Shahid Soleimani. He was an Islamic agent and the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a successful model of Islamic government is the best source for implementing the most moral policy among other political systems of government. Certainly, the ideal Islamic government will be one in which all its agents and elements are at the forefront of observing and applying ethics in all areas of politics and governance, and the claim of morality is transmitted from appearance and speech to action and deed. The present study is descriptive and qualitative. The main purpose of this study is to identify the main components of political ethics and popular governance based on the school of Shahid Soleimani. For this important, the method of qualitative content analysis has been used. In order to collect data and information, the documents published in Shahid Soleimani database, including books, articles, lectures, newspapers, photos, etc. were used. Also, for a more detailed analysis, the statements and orders of the Supreme Leader in the field of political ethics and governance, as well as the school of Shahid Soleimani were used. The results showed that the components of political ethics and divine governance in the humanistic school of Shahid Soleimani are: disregard for worldly luxuries, legalism, insight, preference of national interests over personal interests, confidentiality, patience, moderation and justice, democracy and service to the people , Responsibility and honesty.
