Shahid Soleimani school is the school of Islamic management that has been able to achieve its main features in the operational field. His school is not a specialized, jurisprudential, philosophical or political school, but an "educational school". The nature of this school has an effect on human personality and orientation to his behavior and vision and is humanizing. In this research, the meta-combined method, which is one of the types of meta-study research, was used. In the first step, the most important databases of researches and articles in the country were searched with different keywords, and 47 works in the field of Shahid Soleimani school and jihadi management were identified and finally 25 works were analyzed. In this applied-exploratory research, with a qualitative approach and with the aim of designing the model of the school of Martyr General Ghasem Soleimani with emphasis on the training model of civilizing jihadi leaders in the Islamic Republic of Iran was done. Accordingly, in the first part of the research, in order to design the mentioned model, the qualitative research method of Sandlowski and Barroso (2007) was used. Thus, after identifying the dimensions, components and indicators of Shahid Soleimani school with emphasis on jihadi managers were explored and then to evaluate its validity and reliability, in the next part of the research using the opinions of 15 experts selected by snowball method The relative coefficient and content validity index (CVR-CVI), explanation and model of Shahid Soleimani school were evaluated. From the research sections, it can be concluded that 4 dimensions, 15 components and 158 extractive indicators were confirmed by the target community through the meta-combined method in the model of Shahid Soleimani school. These dimensions include the four dimensions of "personality system", "belief system", "political system" and "managerial and economic system". It was suggested that senior managers be more influenced by key features such as revolutionary spirit, unity among officials and the responsibility of this martyr.
