Prerequisite for Islamic civilization is the education of civilization-building jihadi managers based on the Shahid Suleimani’s school. In this regard, education students as future managers based on the Shahid Suleimani’s school is of particular importance, and designing a civilizing jihadi manager education curriculum model Based on the Shahid Suleimani’s school is essential. Considering that in the Shahid Suleimani’s school, the most influential dimension is the doctrinal foundations; In this inquiry, after examining the revolutionary foundations of the Shahid Suleimani’s school, it was discussed what is the revolutionary education curriculum model for education the civilization-building jihadi manager? And these questions were answered: 1- Based on the revolutionary foundations of Shahid Suleimani’s school, what are the goals and content of the curriculum for revolutionary education civilization-building jihadi managers in the education system? In the textbooks of elementary and secondary schools and high school what the content and goals of the curriculum for education civilization-building managers been taken into consideration? Using analytical-deductive method, the revolutionary foundations of Shahid Suleimani’s school were extracted, which include the need to avoid domination, belief in divine knowledge and wisdom in the need for independence, dignity, faith and perseverance in it and act accordingly in the fight against dominators are the necessity of achieving progress, justice and the necessity of participating in progress, removing the obstacles to the country's progress, the requirements of progress and strengthening, and based on the extracted principles, the goals and content of the curriculum were developed. In order to investigate the level of attention to these cases in the textbooks of the mentioned courses, 99 textbooks were selected using the purposeful sampling method from the textbooks of these three courses and content analysis was performed using the quantitative content analysis method. It is not given due attention and this lack of attention is considered as a defect in the textbook.
