The main purpose of this article is to study the security-military characteristics of Sardar Soleimani jihadi management from the beginning of the formation of Sarollah
Division in 1981 to the foreign struggles with ISIL, using a descriptive-analytical method. Therefore, the main question of the present article is: "What are the characteristics of Sardar Soleimani's political-military management during the entire period of command during the holy defense to lead the axes of resistance in Iraq and Syria?" The results of the research show that the correct and accurate use of the element of time, correct selection of the area under operation, secrecy and conduct of secret operations and the art of planning change during important operations are the most important security-military characteristics of Sardar Soleimani during the war. With Iraq and issues such as 1. Cooperation with Iraqi Kurdish forces; 2. Effective presence, coordination and courage; 3- Training the people's forces and their strategic and territorial division; 4- Establishment of popular forces and the cause of freedom of Quds; 5. Decisive influence in operations related to Aleppo; 6. Designing complex guerrilla operations in Lebanon and becoming a major player in the region's geopolitics; 7. The alliance of the popular forces of the Middle East against ISIL; 8- Courage, fearlessness and enduring the problems and pressures resulting from military operations are among the important security-military characteristics of Sardar Soleimani after the imposed war until his martyrdom.
