Sardar Soleimani, as an exemplary manager in the Islamic Republic, has gone beyond contemporary management theories with a special mastery and, with many successful experiences, has confirmed his management style. Transformational leadership is one of the new management styles to strengthen the performance of employees and The organization moves the subordinates in line with the desires of the group and the organization. Considering that the review of Martyr Soleimani's brilliant record in the field of management showed that he benefited from leadership indicators in the field of management, The present study is qualitative and has studied the synthesis of written texts about Martyr Soleimani by descriptive and review methods. For this purpose, written texts about Martyr Soleimani were collected (n = 66). Then, according to the steps of Strauss coding, management expressions were identified as open coding. The number of codes in this step was 34.Then, the codes obtained were centered on the management categories of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the Imams (AS), Imam Khomeini, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, the commanders of the Holy Defense,Current managers and Martyr Soleimani. Finally, it was categorized into 4 concepts of transformational leadership (ideal influence, inspirational motivation, subjective persuasion, individual considerations). Studies have shown that in Sardar Soleimani's school, all components of transformational leadership have been realized and Sardar Qassem Soleimani can be introduced as a prominent model of transformational leadership in management.
