Jihadi management is one of the concepts that has received a lot of attention after the Islamic Revolution and especially in the year. This concept has been widely needed in the words of the Supreme Leader, and considering the cultural and social conditions of today's world and the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, addressing it and conducting research in this field can take the form of a civilization and breeding feces in this Be a constituency. There has been one of the prominent defenders of the country in the field of jihadi management of Sardar Haj Qassem Soleimani, but so far no research has been done to identify the global jihadi management by looking at Martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani. In this research, using the textual material analysis approach, the outstanding features of Sardar Shahid Haj Qasem Soleimani have been identified. Among the mentioned characteristics, trans-sectarian outlook, governorship, sincerity, strong command, courage, insight and strong communication skills are among the most prominent characteristics in them and exist in them. The results showed that the characteristics of a jihadi leader with the view of the brother of martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani include 35 characteristics that offer these characteristics in 6 categories: personality traits, moral characteristics, communication characteristics, intellectual characteristics, Spiritual features, combat characteristics…
