One of the effective and strategic policies to gain points in the arena of international economic competition as well as economic progress is the intersection of two areas of economics and foreign policy called "economic diplomacy". The purpose of the present study is to show that the use of a new experience called economic diplomacy in the next step of the Islamic Revolution is very effective. This phenomenon is different but complementary to official diplomacy, and although its Western creators aimed to use it to realize the globalization project, its potential can be fully used in line with the goals of the Islamic Revolution against the sanctions and economic pressure of the domination system. Considered important economic principles of resistance. On the other hand, economic diplomacy based on the school of Martyr Soleimani, which was in a way derived from the movement diplomacy of that precious martyr, is a very efficient model that has shown its positive effects in many cases.
The main question that is answered here is how this tool can be used as a tool of economic progress with a new definition approach appropriate to the conditions, goals and ideals of the Islamic Revolution taken from the school of Shahid Soleimani to economic diplomacy. And include it in the strategy of the second step of the Islamic Revolution? What model can be the roadmap for this important?
