Western economic sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran have reached their peak in recent years in the history of the Islamic Revolution and have led to many problems in our country's economic and political interactions with other countries. Meanwhile, the advice and strategy of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has always been to use managers at different levels to solve these problems and open the knot of sanctions with the hands of capable domestic managers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the most prominent capable managers in the face of Western economic sanctions against Iran. In this paper, using the method of hierarchical analysis and gathering the opinions of experts, two criteria based on the characteristics of managers and anti-sanctions policies adopted to face economic sanctions have been proposed. The results of the research indicate that among the characteristics of selecting managers, having work experience in sanctioned institutions and believing in the ideals of the Islamic Revolution are more important in the field of facing sanctions that should be included in policy-making. And appointments to be considered by the country's managers.
