The article has been compiled to explain and promote the Soleimani school and answer the main question of what strategic principles the Soleimani school has in the political sector. Therefore, an attempt was made to use the method of ijtihad induction and analyze the content of Imam Khamenei's speeches and the words of the martyr and his contemporaries. Extract and explain its strategic political principles. These principles after analyzing the discourse and confirming their validity and reliability using the discourse language of the interviewers and the context of leadership measures with regard to the role of knowledge and value in the formation of identity and the direction of political behavior of these principles in the knowledge part in three supra-religious and supra-religious principles. Trans-ethnic and in the value section, the three principles of transnational and national, trans-partisan and trans-sectarian were combined and explained, and the grand political strategy of the Soleimani school was provincial and revolutionary piety, relying on the true guardianship of the Muslims and establishing a cordial relationship with the Supreme Leader.
