Recognizing and understanding the indicators of command and management of the great martyr Haj Ghasem Soleimani is one of the important issues of human capital in the style of command deserves research. The school of Haj Qasim and the importance of its command and management have had a profound impact on the resistance front. For this reason, Soleimani's personality and school have been considered by many high-ranking domestic and foreign officials after his martyrdom as a prominent commander of the Islamic Resistance. In this article, the command and management style of the high-ranking martyr is examined from the perspective of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah. This issue is considered in the article as a goal and indicator. The article tries to raise the knowledge of the indicators of command and management of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani and its results on the axis of resistance as the main question. The method used in the article is based on content analysis. The research findings are summarized and described in the form of tables including basic and organizational themes. In this study, four main themes were obtained, namely, "Special School and Movement/Reproduction of the School of Islam", "Personality Dimensions", "Expertise and Familiarity with War Techniques" and "Efficiency in Mission Environment /Senior Movement Management"; These four elements are the most important indicators of the command and management of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani. The command and management of General Soleimani is based on the mentioned factors and by relying on it, it has led to the victory of the Resistance Front against takfiri and terrorist groups, and by strengthening it, the axis of resistance has been strengthened and has included a larger geographical area.
