The Islamic Revolution as a great change, has always claimed the revival of Islamic civilization. According to Ayatollah Khamenei, the culmination of this movement is the formation of a new Islamic civilization, which he considers the four stages of the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic system, the Islamic state and the Islamic society. According to him, the Islamic Republic is in the process of building an Islamic state. At this stage, not only the structures of the Islamic system but also its agents must move in the direction of achieving Islamic civilization. In this research, which has been done by descriptive-analytical method and collection of documents, the question has been answered that what are the components of the realization of Islamic civilization and how did Shahid Soleimani, as a civilization-building agent, play a role in the realization of these components? According to the research findings, the realization of Islamic civilization is based on two areas of hardware (instrumental) and software (real), which the role of Shahid Soleimani hardware to increase the geopolitical and geoeconomic authority of the Islamic system, upgrade the military and change the balance of power in favor IR, The deepening of the strategy of the Islamic Revolution at the regional and international level is to ensure the security of the Islamic Republic in the form of an advisory approach and proxy war. He is also in the field of software with an Islamic lifestyle model with behavior in political activities as a provincial agent, revolutionary and avoiding politicization, in dealing with the family, By respecting the position of parents and humility towards them, in dealing with the enemy, firstly, they were aware and secondly, they had a decisive action, and in dealing with friends, the had a compassionate and training-oriented approach.
