Given that individual and organizational ethics is a fundamental issue in the field of management. In order to fulfill the right of a martyr and to give a coherent and interconnected system to the society based on the points that I will present, these issues must be framed and systematized. In addition, these issues are raised from the model of behavioral ethics of Sardar Soleimani in order to provide feedback and the process of publishing this issue. Therefore, the rule of the model we are discussing is not merely theoretical, but how scientific and theoretical discussions in the field lead to the stage of experimentation and result. How to turn ethical and behavioral discussions into a model is in fact the same circle. Missing in the field of training young managers. Therefore, this study is structured with the aim of explaining the pattern of individual behavior in Shahid Soleimani school according to the research method of content analysis and the use of 30 sources including speech research, lectures, interviews with friends, published books and magazines, etc. There were 165 basic themes, 98 organizing themes, 10 comprehensive themes, and finally he designed a model of individual behavior model in Shahid Soleimani school. key words :
