The school is in the thoughts and ideas. Thoughts are also a fluent and continuous flow that manifests itself throughout history. In a school, a set of personal beliefs about: the world, society, ethics is analyzed, so the components of the educational jurisprudence of Shahid Soleimani school constitute the educational aspect of the monotheistic worldview of this leader of the resistance. The present research is descriptive and uses sources. Library and memoirs quoted about him, after explaining the concept of school, education and educational jurisprudence, explains the concept of educational jurisprudence of Shahid Soleimani school and while pointing to the influential factors in the pillars of education, the components of Shahid Soleimani educational jurisprudence are reminded that Some are: military genius with the spirit of war and courage, the spirit of martyrdom with sincerity, spirituality with reliance on the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), guardianship, transnationalism with mastery of negotiation techniques in the field of diplomacy, hard work with simplicity, Conscientiousness and worldview, the power of prudence and prudence combined with sound logic, attention to the principle of perfectionism along with understanding the truth of the world, freedom and liberty.
