One of the concerns of contemporary Iranian society is a deep gap between the lifestyles of these managers and managers at the level of Islamic society. It seems that one of the causes of this gap is the bureaucracy and lifestyle that it imposes on bureaucrats. The present study, using qualitative content analysis, analyzed the lectures of Sardar Haj Ghasem Soleimani on the lifestyle of the leaders who were martyred in the way of jihad, to answer two questions: what is the lifestyle of jihadi martyr managers, as an example of the lifestyle of the leaders of the Islamic society, and how does this style differ from the lifestyle imposed by the bureaucracy? The findings showed that: A) according to Sardar Shahid, the sociological aspect of lifestyle is of particular importance. Among the factors of this aspect, the factor of "having" is the least important, and the factors of "love" and "being" are the most important. Therefore, the lifestyle of jihadi leaders is a socio-religious lifestyle. B) This lifestyle is fundamentally different from the individual-rational lifestyle imposed by the bureaucracy. Because in this lifestyle, the factor of "having" is the most, and the factor of "love" is the least important. Therefore, it is suggested that socio-religious lifestyle education and replacement of bureaucracy with structures promoting socio-religious lifestyle be on the agenda.
